There may be additional startup costs due to the condition of the pool/water upon first inspection.

Pool maintenance customers will receive 5% off new solar pool heating installations as well as select Hayward pool equipment.

We will not be able to maintain your pools water level. If the pool is low on water we will only be able to add water for the duration of the pool service. We will notify you by email should we find a low water level or if we believe you may have a pool leak.

Phosphate maintenance and extra cleanings from extraneous circumstances (extensive landscape/tree work or pool deck work which may leave an excessive amount of debris in the pool) are not covered as part of regular maintenance.

If we detect phosphates in your pool, the first treatment will be on us, this treatment will usually take care of the issue, if not, extra treatments will be needed. You will receive an email with the next steps if this situation arises.

Monthly rates vary and depend on the size of the pool, if the pools has a spa, whether there is a cage or not, if the pool is salt or chlorine and other additional features that a pool might have.

Certain holidays may be observed to allow for your pool tech to enjoy time with family. If your pool service day falls on one of those holidays, your pool tech will be taking extra steps to prepare and balance your pool the week before and the week after that holiday. You will be notified by email should that situation arise.

As we are not a owner operator pool service and rather a company that utilizes employees, there may be times when you do not see your regular pool service tech.
